Butternut Squash Ravioli with Roasted Mushrooms and a brown butter sauce.

Duo of Chicken filled with Pesto, Brie Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes over Bell Pepper polenta with a Portabella Cream Sauce and Garlic Grilled Shrimp.

Fresh Pan Roasted Sea Scallops served on Herb Couscous with a Lemon Caper Sauce.
