Braised Shortrib on Herb Risotto.
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail served with choice of Wasabi Mayo or Cocktail Sauce.
Eggplant Bruchetta: lightly breaded Eggplant topped with Warm Goat Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion and Fresh Basil.

Braised Veal Osso Bucco served over roasted potatoes with a Rosemary Red Wine reduction.
